- Guidance on RPL processes.

- Liaison with RTOs for certification issuance.
We act as a facilitator and do not directly issue certifications.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
- Submit all required documents in the specified formats.
- Refrain from submitting false or fraudulent documents.
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Fees and Payments
- All fees are outlined in our pricing documentation and are subject to change.
- Payment must be made in full before your application is submitted to the RTO.
- Refunds are only provided under exceptional circumstances, subject to our discretion.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use our services for any illegal purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt our website or services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Skill Elevate or third parties.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Service Disclaimers: Skill Elevate provides facilitation services and is not responsible for the decisions or actions of RTOs.
- Liability Limitations: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Elevate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time for:

- Submission of fraudulent or misleading information.
- Any other reason at our discretion.
